Training
Cycling:
Triathletes join in with the cyclists on their club runs from
Stony Stratford (Saturday 09:30) or the Black Horse (Sunday 09:00). Some
prefer an offroad session using mountain bikes. This is normally starts from
Body Limits clinic on Wednesday and Sunday mornings during the winter.
Running:
On Tuesdays some triathletes run from the Body Limits
clinic/gym at 19:00 while others run with the MK athletics club from
Stantonbury at roughly the same time.
Duathlon:
Club coach, Mark Booth normally runs monthly Duathlon
training session during the first few months of the year. Typically these
are a 40mile bike followed by a 7 mile run. Ideal to boost your stamina !
