The local Time Trials start with the NBRC on the Sporting Astwood circuit at 9am. This is the first of 3 consequctive Saturday ones, before the Sunday Hard riders (lloks interesteing) and then the regular Wednesday evening ones start as the days get long. Start: 09:00

Saturday morning off road running and riding around Brickhill/Aspley woods. Each Saturday morning throughout the winter (weather permitting) a group of us will be meeting in Brickhill/Aspley woods for a run and a ride. Start: 09:30
