The off-season Circuit Training takes place at Ousedale school.

Ousedale school is in Newport Pagnell just north of the green park estate. The classes start at 19:00 for 1 hour.

A typical schedule is:

********************************************************************** The session starts at 19:25 with a warm up beside the Stantonbury campus 25m pool. We then jump in at 19:30. There are 6 lanes of graded ability. Club coach Mark Booth is normally available to coach from the side. In his absence club Triathlon rep Robin Dowswell sets the session.

Saturday morning off road running and riding around Brickhill/Aspley woods.

Each Saturday morning throughout the winter (weather permitting) a group of us will be meeting in Brickhill/Aspley woods for a run and a ride.

The local Time Trials start with the NBRC on the Sporting Astwood circuit at 9am.  This is the last of the 3 Saturday ones, before the Sunday Hard riders (looks interesting) and then the regular Wednesday evening ones start as the days get long.

For those who attended the AGM will have heard that we are planning to run a Sportive as part of the Milton Keynes Cycling Festival on Sunday 28th March 2010.

I couldn't resist the working title of 'concrete cow' sportive (which has already had some support - thanks Adrian) or 'Tour of the roundabouts', 'Lambs & Daffodils'.
