The events run from April 15th to the start of the school holidays in July and are split into 3 types of race with a different type each week .... Road Race, Mountain Bike Race and Time Trial + Skills test.
We are always welcome to ride their Evening Club Time Trials - £2 non members. They rotate on 3 courses but 2 of them (Astwood and A4146) are not ones which we use, except the Astwood one for our Open 20 on 19 April.

Normal arrangement is get to Body Limits for 8am and expect to bike 2-5hrs and run 30-90 minutes. Boothy will be deciding on the training prescription for these sessions shortly.

Team Keyne are putting on a set of Youth circuit races at the MK Bowl on Sat 13 June starting at 14:00 immediately after the Spirit RT vets and 2/3/4 cat races.
The Clarke family are practising for the National Championship 3-up Team Time Trial. Steve, Ross & Luke will all be riding separately this 50m time trial on the superfast E2/50 course on the Newmarket bypass.
A large group of riders rode last year, and let'as hope that they sort out the carparking this year. 45 minute delay at the start as riders and cars converged.

On Saturday 20th June Graham Mackie is putting on a BBQ.
This is for anyone doing IMDE or IMUK that wants to meet the other racers or whose families want to meet other families making the trip to Frankfurt or Bolton.
One for the IronMan competitors as you can test yourselves over the standard 112miles distance, or even ride the most you have ever done in a single day.

The annual MK 1/2 Ironman known as "Cowman" takes place this year on Sunday the 28th June. It attracts plenty of competitors from around the country and involves a 1.9k swim, 92k bike and 20k run across countryside paths.
There are 2 laps on the swim, 2 big laps and one small lap on the bike and 4 laps on the run.
