The National Bowl website (www.thenational bowl.net) provides comprehensive travel details and 3 useful maps.

There will be adequate Car Parking Facilities, managed by SCP, the usual Bowl car parking management company.  The car parking facilities can cope with thousands of cars.

A Changing Facility will be provided, but unfortunately no showers

Food & Drink will be available (pre/post event) - details to be confirmed.

Sign-on will take place at HQ

[In addition to signing on Sunday, we hope to have signing on during Saturday when the Duathlon is taking place at the Bowl - obviously the duathletes take priority - TBC]
