Lands End to John O Groats fundraiser for Willen Hospice

Many of you will have heard that several intrepid TMKers are riding from Lands End to John o' Groats in aid of Willen Hospice.

Phil Murphy, Ian Marshall, Claire Yearby, Richard Harrison and Gareth George will be doing the route in 12 days via MK to coincide with the start of stage 2 of the Tour of Britain on Mon 8th Sept.

Kerry-Anne 'nothings going to stop me' Wilson and Marcus survive a 'challenging' day in the Forest of Dean.

Kerry-Anne finshed in 15:47 and I believe Marcus was around 12 something.

Both of those times give you an indication of how tough the day must have been but I'll leave it until we get race reports from them but I understand there is plenty to tell!

- is a proverb that refers to the idea that complex stories can be described with just a single still image, or in otherwords, Team Milton Keynes now has a gallery.

If you look at the menu bar you will see that the 'About' item has now been renamed to 'Resources' as a bunch of stuff was getting stuck under it none of which was really about Team MK.

Impressive displays from Dave Glossy and Mark Booth to join Jamie Hawthorne in the sub 10 club for 2008 and they both did it in style. Darren Smith and Trevor Hook were also very close to 10hours. Pictured (l-r below) some of the fastest TMK finishers.
