Triathlon Relays afternoon results

Vet 1 is now in 4th place in the vets competition pending an enquiry into the Army team who I've been told were not all vets.

A great day was had by all I think although the weather could have been kinder with bucket loads of rain falling.

IronMan Bolton 2010 Results

Some fantastic performances were turned in by Team MK members at IronMan Bolton 2010 with Chris Herman getting 4th in his age group at his first try at IronMan distance.

Monaco training in Peak District

There will be a trip to the Peak District on Wed 25th Aug.

Next Steady / Shorter Run Session - Tuesday 3rd August

Aimed at newer runners and those not wanting to run as long as the main session.

Ironman Switzerland

Fantastic results achieved all round for Team MKers in IronMan Switzerland - Martin E even gets a top ten finish (in T2).

Kids Stantonbury training - Thursdays

The kids training at Stantonbury is officially not on again until after the schools holidays.

Brickhills Challenge (Rescheduled)

After the cancellation of the Brickhills Challenge sportive in Feb, due to heavy snow, we will be running the event on the 10th OCT 2010.

Hillingdon triathlon results 18th July 2010.

Big Cow Sprint number 2

There was a big turnout of about 15 TeamMK competitors for the 2nd Sprint at Emberton Park on the same day that the Cowman was held.

About 20 TeamMK triathletes lined up for the 1/2 Ironman type event known as the Cowman.

Newbie / Shorter Run Session - 6TH JULY

New Trial Run Session The first of hopefully many more shorter run sessions aimed at new runners or those wanting to do a shorter run than the current TMK session.
