Body Limits Easter Brick Session

Meet at Body Limits at 8:00am not forgetting to park down the road in the car park opposite the fire station.

There will be a 10 minute ride up to Little Linford and then 3 hard brick efforts. Each brick consists of 1 lap of the Hanslope 10mile TT course followed by an out and back 3 mile run towards Haversham. There will be a 10 minute warm down ride back to Body Limits.

Bear in mind this is a long session so don't cook all your eggs on the first effort. Also if you are doing the training on the following 3 days try and pace yourself sensibly each day so that you don't wake up too sore/tired to turn up the next day.
