Body Limits Easter tea run

Meet at Body Limits at 9:00am not forgetting to park down the road in the car park opposite the fire station.
Today's training is a rest from the previous days hard efforts. It is a 2 hour bike ride followed by a 30 minute easy run. There will be some cake and tea at Boothy's to follow so please let him know if you intend to come by calling 01908 615045.
