This Tuesday's training session is:
10K Parlauf, in pairs 6 laps of the lake,
Then Curry after Blue Spice around 8:30pm

Meet at Body Limits Gymnasium, 99 Wolverton Rd, Newport Pagnell at 18:55 for the off at 19:00.
A jog followed by some drills and then a series of efforts between 1-10minutes may follow.
The faster group 1 is currently doing about 60 minutes. Group 2 is currently doing about 45 minutes in total.
