The ironman training sessions are starting up with "Duathlon" format Bike-runs. The schedule is:
Sat 08th Mar: Bike 40miles - run 8 miles
Sat 22nd Mar: Bike 50 miles - run 6 miles (on race bikes not trainers)
The 5th April many are away at Tour of Flanders and so it is moved to 12th.
Sat 12th Apr: Bike 50 miles - run 8 miles
Sat 19th Apr: Bike 40 miles - run 6 miles (on race bikes not trainers)
The 26th Apr and 03rd May people are on the Riccione training camp. Next back to back session will likely be the 10th May.
I would imagine Boothy means the race bike days (Sat 22mar and Sat 19apr) to be more intense than the others.
Start from Body Limits at 9am. Budget 3-4 hours for each session and don't forget to bring your drinks and gels and practice your nutrition as you would on race day.
