Results from Frankfurt indicate that:

Chrissie Wellington won the ladies race in the 2nd fastest ever time by a women 8:51 odd and Chris McCormick won the mens race in a sub 8 hour clocking.

For TeamMK we had Jamie Hawthorne and Paul Joyce. They both got cracking times as follows:

Jamie - Swim-54:02, T1-3:57, Bike-5:11:34, T2-1:24, Run-3:40:43 TOTAL: 9:51:43

Paul - Swim-66:43, T1-5:45, Bike-5:45:26, T2-1:28, Run-3:49:19 TOTAL 10:48:41

Paul's steady Eddie approach mean't that he actually ran the 3rd lap of the 4 lap run (58:03) faster than Jamie (60:13), although Jamie's laps held up pretty well and he finished with a lap of 56:48.

By the way that is 23 team members. Who would have expected to see Martin Quill's name down there!!
