We look forward to seeing many of you on the night to review a great year of our sporting activity and to participate in the AGM.
This is your formal invitation to attend the AGM which is separate again from the 2017 Awards presentations this year which are planned to be held in February 2018.
The AGM is your opportunity to contribute to the direction of the club and nominate yourself to stand for one of the committee positions, ask any questions of the committee or raise items to put on the agenda. Please read the reports which follow as they provide the main AGM update for the club.
Nominations for the Committee
If you wish to nominate yourself for any of the Committee positions you will need to let me know either in writing or via email 14 days before the AGM i.e. by 17.00 on 19 November 2015.
Agenda items and questions for the Committee
If there are any items you want to add to the agenda or any questions you would like to raise please confirm these to me by email before 19 November 2015.
