Running Training Information
Club running sessions are held on Tuesdays. Other running may take place during "bike/run" training.
Tuesday Sessions
Venue: Body Limits gymnasium in Newport Pagnell
Parking: Please use the roads near the gym for parking if the clinic is busy.
Standard: Caters for all abilities. The more there are, the easier to form groups of the appropriate standard. Sessions are structured to see a progression enabling peak performances to occur during the triathlon season.
Day/Time: Start at Tuesdays / 19:00

| Winter | Starts off with steady runs and gradually increases in distance with the introduction of intervals before xmas. |
| Spring | Interval sets on the redways. Normally determined by duration of interval. i.e. (5mins hard, 2 mins easy) repeated 4 times. |

In the past a track at the former Japanese school has been used for specific distances such as 8*400m. |

Alternatives: TMK members who are also members of Marshall Milton Keynes athletics club can use the tartan track at Stantonbury. MMKAC meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays, starting between 18:15 and 19:00 depending on which group you join.
