On Saturday 26 August four Team MK triathletes competed in the triathlon England Club Relay Championships - a yearly event focusing on teams of four people joining together to complete a triathlon, with everyone doing a swim, bike and a run.

Each member of the team individually swam 500 metres in open water, before tagging their team mate, and so on, until all four team mates completed the swim. Moving onto the 15km bike, each of the team individually completed the 15km bike, until the last team member then tagged the first team member to start the 5km run section.

An unmissable event on the tri season calendar this was the perfect opportunity to race as a team.

Finishing the course in 3hrs56 the team were placed 49th out of 142 teams in the open category!

All team members, Jon, Harry, Neil and Amy would recommend the event to any budding triathletes wanting to enter next year.
