LADIES STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING SESSIONS ARE CONTINUING!!!
Good news that we can carry out with the Friday evening sessions. 7pm to 8pm at Pro Training PT. Sessions focus on building muscular endurance and strength specific to cycling, running and swimming, so perfect for all ladies in the club. This is so important for preventing injuries that can happen from muscle weaknesses.
Sessions are for members only as they are subsidised by the club. From January the price will be £5 per session. This is still a bargain when you look at the prices of other fitness classes that are normally for less time, and less specific to our goals.
I'm having a week off this week for my long awaited end of season mojito. Next session will be Friday 6th December, at the old price of £4. Drop me a message if you have any questions.
